Please take a moment to review and understand our shipping and delivery processes, the below details will apply to any in-stock products you purchase from us on this website.


Shipping Locations
  • We deliver to metro locations within New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) only.
  • Deliveries outside of these states are not currently available.


Delivery Timeframes
  • In-Stock Items: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Metro Areas: Delivery typically occurs between 2–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note that regional deliveries are not offered at this time.
  • Custom orders will have delivery timelines provided upon order confirmation.


Delivery Costs
  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item(s).
  • Additional fees may apply for large or bulky items, and these will be outlined before you complete your purchase.
  • Any free delivery promotions (if applicable) will be noted on our website or during checkout.


Delivery Process
  • We will update you when your order is ready for dispatch and if required arrange a delivery date. Tracking details will be provided via email upon dispatch.
  • For Sydney metro deliveries, we offer a white glove service, which includes the careful delivery and assembly (if required) in your chosen space and rubbish removal. To ensure a successful delivery:
    • Safe and suitable access is required.
    • For deliveries involving more than two flights of stairs, a functioning lift must be available.
    • All existing furniture must be cleared from the space prior to delivery, as our team is unable to move or remove existing furniture for safety and liability concerns.


Receiving Your Order
  • All orders must be signed upon delivery to confirm receipt.
  • Upon delivery, carefully inspect your items for any damages or defects. If there are issues, report them to us within 48 hours, along with photographic evidence.
  • For Sydney metro white glove service, you will be asked to inspect and confirm receipt of your order. Once confirmed, any claims for damages will no longer be accepted.
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, re-delivery fees may apply.


Sydney Warehouse Pick-Up
  • Pick-up is available for selected items from our Sydney Warehouse on an appointment basis during business hours.
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification to arrange an appointment for pick-up.
  • When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID.
  • Ensure your vehicle is suitable for safely transporting your order.


Important Information
  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order. Any changes after dispatch may incur additional fees.
  • If access to your property is restricted (e.g., narrow stairs, tight doorways), please inform us in advance to avoid complications. Additional fees may apply for special handling.
  • Items unable to be delivered due to access issues or missed delivery attempts may incur re-delivery or restocking fees.
